Spicy Pineapple Mezcalita

Experience a Southern Californian twist on the classic cocktail, where tropical fruit and savory spice take center stage in this refreshing summer sipper.

1 ½ oz. Fósforo Mezcal Ensamble  

1 ½ oz. Pineapple Juice

¾ oz. Lime Juice

½ oz. Orange Liqueur

½ oz. Agave Syrup

4-5 Jalapeño Slices

Half salt/Tajin rim

Add ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled coupe glass with ice and a salt rim. Garnish with a slice of pineapple.
