Negroni Blanco

Flavor Profile: Floral, Bitter, Bright Citrus

A bouquet of floral aromas & bitter herbs are lifted by the Tobalá and Espadilla agave in our Negroni Blanco.

1 ½ oz. Fósforo Mezcal Ensamble

¾ oz. Suze

¾ oz, Lillet Blanc

Measure ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled and strain into an old fashioned glass with a rock. Garnish with the peel of a lemon.
